single ticket: consumer, ticketing and event-liability law is strict and varies by country.1. Who we are
These terms apply to all events organised by [Legal name] (“Tarama Ent”, “we”), and to the use of this website.
2. Tickets
- Tickets are sold through our ticketing partner. A contract of sale is formed with them at the point of purchase; their terms apply to the transaction.
- Each ticket admits one person once. A ticket that has been scanned cannot be reused.
- Please keep your ticket safe. We cannot replace tickets that are lost, copied or forwarded, and only the first valid scan of a barcode is admitted.
- Tickets may not be resold above face value or used for commercial promotion without our written permission.
- Reduced or concession tickets require valid proof at the door.
3. Refunds, changes and cancellation
- Tickets for a leisure event on a specific date are generally exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal (Art. 16(l) of the Consumer Rights Directive; § 312g(2) no. 9 BGB in Germany).
- If we cancel an event, the ticket price is refunded. Booking fees charged by the ticketing partner may not be refundable.
- If an event is postponed, tickets stay valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, you may request a refund within [number] days of the new date being announced.
- A change to the line-up is not a cancellation and does not by itself entitle you to a refund.
- We are not responsible for your travel or accommodation costs.
4. Entry and admission
- Minimum age is stated per event. Valid photo ID is required and we may refuse entry without it.
- Admission is subject to capacity. A ticket does not guarantee entry after the venue is full.
- We and the venue may search bags and persons as a condition of entry.
- We may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who is intoxicated, aggressive, carrying prohibited items, or behaving in a way that endangers or harasses others, without a refund.
- Re-entry after leaving is not guaranteed unless stated for that event.
5. Conduct
Everyone is welcome at our events and everyone is expected to make that true for the people around them. Racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, harassment and violence get you removed immediately and reported where appropriate. If you feel unsafe, speak to any member of our team or security.
6. Prohibited items
Weapons, illegal drugs, pyrotechnics, glass containers, professional recording equipment, and outside food or drink may not be brought in. Confiscated items are not returned.
7. Photography and recording
We photograph and film at our events for promotional use. By entering the event area you accept that you may appear in such material. See our Privacy Policy for how to request removal.
8. Liability
- You attend at your own risk. Events are loud; hearing protection is recommended, and lighting effects may include strobes.
- We are liable without limitation for injury to life, body or health, and for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
- For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation, and only up to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.
- We are not liable for personal property lost or damaged at the venue. Use the cloakroom, whose own terms apply.
9. Force majeure
If an event cannot take place because of circumstances outside our reasonable control (including official orders, extreme weather, or venue failure), our obligations are suspended and clause 3 applies to refunds.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of [country]. Place of jurisdiction is [city], to the extent legally permissible.
11. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remainder stays in force.
