Privacy Policy

How this website handles your data. Last updated: [date].

Before you go live: this is a starting point written to match how the site is actually built today: a static site with no analytics, no cookies and no tracking. If you add ticketing, analytics, a newsletter, an embedded map or a social feed, this page must be updated to describe them. Fill in the […] fields and have it reviewed. Nothing here is legal advice.

2. What this site collects

No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and does not profile visitors. Nothing you do on the page is recorded by us.

Server log files

Our hosting provider automatically records standard access data whenever a page is requested: IP address, date and time, the page requested, referrer, browser and operating system. This is necessary to deliver the site and to keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest). These logs are not merged with other data and are deleted after [number] days.

Hosting provider: [name and address of your host, e.g. GitHub Pages / Netlify / your provider].

Web fonts

The typefaces used on this site are served from our own server together with the rest of the page. Unlike Google Fonts or a similar service, no separate connection to a font provider is made and no data about you is shared with one.

Contact form

The contact form does not send anything to a server of ours. It opens your own email programme with the message pre-filled, and you send it yourself. The data then reaches us as an ordinary email and is stored in our mailbox for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Tickets

Ticket links take you to an external ticketing provider. Once you leave this site, that provider’s privacy policy applies. Provider: [name and link to their privacy policy].

3. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

To exercise any of these, write to –.

4. Photography at our events

Photographs and video may be taken at our events and used to promote Tarama Ent. Where signs at the venue announce this, entering the event area may be taken as awareness of it. If you appear in a photo and want it removed, contact us and we will take it down.

5. Data security

This site is served over HTTPS. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

6. Changes

We may update this policy when the site or the law changes. The current version always applies.
